Lifestyle is the general attitudes, interests, behaviors, and personal orientations of a person, community, or society. The word was first introduced by Austrian psychiatrist Alfred Adler in his famous book, The Case of Miss R. With the implied meaning of “the basic nature of a human being as established at childhood”. The meaning is not that simple since human beings have various shared characteristics and values which are influenced by the cultures in which they grow up.
Lifestyle content refers to any content that is considered social in nature. Most commonly used today is the word lifestyle. It was used by sociologists from the early 1900s as a means to classify the cultures of a country or region. The meaning has been expanded into an attitude or behavior towards things such as music, fashion, technology, television, food, politics, religion, and so on. This wide usage of the word has been instrumental in the evolution of modern human thought.
A good definition of a healthy lifestyle is living a balanced life. A balanced life may not seem possible to some given our hectic and busy lives. A well balanced diet is an effective tool to promote good health and fight off any of the following major health problems which include: heart disease, diabetes, stroke, cancer, high blood pressure, stroke, high cholesterol, obesity and osteoporosis. Having a healthy lifestyle is easy and you don’t necessarily need to spend a lot of money in order to achieve it.
Getting regular exercise. Exercise has been proven to help keep your body healthy and reduce stress. There are numerous ways to incorporate physical activity into your daily lifestyles including sports, yoga, dancing and swimming. Even if you don’t feel like engaging in any type of physical activity, doing some brisk walking in the early morning or right after dinner will help you live a healthy lifestyle and you will be boosting your immune system at the same time.
